Malmberg Capital Store primarily sells digital products.
How Products Are Delivered
After successful payment, products may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- an immediate download page;
- a download link sent to the email address used during checkout;
- access through your Malmberg Capital Store customer account; or
- another electronic method stated on the relevant product page.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, no physical item is shipped.
Delivery Time
Most downloadable products are made available automatically shortly after successful payment.
In some cases, automated fraud screening, payment verification or technical processing may delay access.
Email Address
Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address during checkout.
If you do not receive an expected email, please:
- check your spam or junk folder;
- check that you used the correct email address;
- sign in to your customer account, where applicable; and
- contact [email protected] if you still cannot access the purchase.
Technical Requirements
Some products require compatible third-party software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, PDF software or other applications.
Where particular compatibility requirements apply, they will normally be identified on the relevant product page.
Customers are responsible for checking those stated requirements before purchasing.
Download Problems
If a file is corrupt, incomplete or inaccessible, contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide a functioning copy of the product you purchased.
Immediate Digital Delivery
Where applicable consumer law requires it, before providing digital content immediately we will ask consumers to:
- expressly request that supply begin immediately; and
- acknowledge the effect that immediate supply has on any statutory cancellation right.
