We want customers to receive the digital products they purchased and for those products to materially match their descriptions.
Digital Products
Products sold through Malmberg Capital Store are generally digital products supplied electronically.
If you are a consumer and request immediate access to digital content, you may be asked during checkout to expressly consent to supply beginning immediately and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once supply begins.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
When We Will Help
Please contact us if:
- you received the wrong product;
- a purchased file cannot be opened because it is corrupt;
- the download system failed and you cannot access your purchase;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the product materially differs from its description; or
- you believe the digital content is defective.
Where appropriate, we may:
- restore download access;
- provide a replacement copy;
- correct the relevant digital content;
- provide a partial price reduction; or
- issue a refund.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Change-of-Mind Refunds
Because downloadable digital content can be accessed and retained immediately after delivery, we generally do not provide discretionary refunds merely because a customer changes their mind after downloading or accessing a product, where the customer has validly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the resulting effect on cancellation rights.
Where applicable law grants you a cancellation or refund right that cannot be excluded, that legal right will continue to apply.
Duplicate Payments
If you have accidentally been charged more than once for the same order, contact us with the relevant order details. Once verified, duplicate payments will be refunded.
Requesting Assistance
Please email:
Include:
- your name;
- order number;
- purchase email address;
- product name; and
- a short explanation of the problem.
We may request screenshots or other reasonable information where necessary to diagnose a technical issue.
Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first regarding order problems so we have an opportunity to resolve them promptly.
Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising statutory rights or rights available through your card issuer or payment provider.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Under UK rules, digital content must meet statutory standards and consumers can have remedies including repair/replacement and, in appropriate circumstances, price reduction.
